Neuropsychology That Matters: Linking Pediatric Assessment to Everyday Life
AAPdN’s 12th Annual Conference is a three-day educational experience focused on making pediatric neuropsychological assessment more meaningful, practical, and applicable to everyday life. The program emphasizes translating assessment findings into real-world supports for children, adolescents, families, and systems of care.
Across the conference, sessions examine neuropsychological development within complex medical and neurodevelopmental conditions, early-life plasticity, executive functioning in daily contexts, and systems-informed and therapeutic approaches to assessment. Presentations also address ethics, family and cultural context, interdisciplinary collaboration, and emerging influences on child development, including environmental and climate-related stressors.
